This gear is just awful, and the customer support is equally bad. Seriously, steer clear of this one!

I placed an order for £1k and only got a confirmation email that ended up in my spam folder. After that, I heard nothing from Fitness King, even though I sent several emails. My messages on Facebook were seen but ignored. I had to escalate the issue with my bank. Finally, after a week of silence, FK got back to me. They mentioned I would get an email from the delivery service once it was shipped. When I reached out again via Facebook, I was told the order had been sent out, but still no confirmation email came my way. I decided to cancel the order. Strangely enough, the cancellation was handled quickly, and I got my refund, which was a relief. The customer service was terrible. There was absolutely no communication. I honestly thought it might be a scam. I’d be willing to spend more for some peace of mind and reliability. It’s a real disappointment because it seemed like a good deal.

These gym mats are really impressive in quality. They also have a quick response time for any email questions.

It's been almost 4 weeks since the rest of my order showed up, and I'm still on the lookout for that 20kg pair of dumbbells.

Awesome customer support, truly awesome. I haven't received the items yet since these wonderful folks are keeping them for me for a couple of weeks until I'm set to use them, but I'm super excited to deck out my home gym with their gear. Keep doing what you do, folks!

These dumbbells are of decent quality, but the rack doesn’t hold them all correctly. The pictures online suggest that the rack will be fully loaded, but there’s actually a gap for a set of weights, and they wouldn’t fit if another set was included in the package.

I got what I paid for, but honestly, the A-frame for the bundle isn’t really up to the task, so I’ll just have to wait and see how it performs.

The delivery took a bit longer than I thought it would, which is fine by me, but the communication has been a tad slow.

In terms of the company, everything went smoothly with deliveries and all that jazz.

I purchased the rowing machine, and overall, it’s a solid alternative to the Concept 2, but the display is definitely a weak point.

Also, it required batteries, which I wasn’t informed about.

Absolutely thrilled.

The service was top-notch, starting with a call before I bought the gear to chat about what I needed, right through to how fast the delivery was. And to top it all off, they were super quick to help me out when I had a hiccup with the installation (the display monitor cable was tucked under a part I had already put together).

The quality of the product is fantastic, and I’d definitely recommend the Erg Bike from Fitness King. I reckon their other items are just as sturdy.
